Polyester and nylon are the most dominant fibres used in the world. Every year a colossal amount of clothing is thrown out to landfill and every time you do your laundry synthetic clothes shed tiny threads which end up in our waterways and oceans, about 700, 000 fibres in a single domestic wash. Clothing made up of materials like polyester and nylon contain microfibres made from crude oil which is the same stuff used to make plastic, these particles are harmful for the environment as they are not biodegradable and can end up in the food chain.
Kindness, believes in using materials like cotton which are biodegradable meaning they won’t cause harm to the environment and the creatures habituating it as well as being more comfortable and breathable to wear. Not only is it our mission to spread the word about the importance of using more sustainable materials in our clothing but also our aim is to design and make simply sleek and stylish clothing.
The groovy designs printed on all our clothing is heavily influenced by the graphic design styles of the psychedelic 60s as they believed in peace and love towards the planet much like we do.
